Our proactive marketing plan. Next, we walk you through exactly how we’ll sell your home. This isn’t a generic pitch. It’s a specific plan for your property: how we’re going to get it in front of the right buyers, what channels we’re using, and what the timeline looks like. You’ll know every step before we take it.
Setting a pricing strategy together. We’ll pull up properties in your neighborhood, your area, or your city, depending on how your market is situated and how close comparable homes are. We go through them together so you can see what’s sold, what’s sitting, and what the data tells us about where your home should be priced.
