Homebot: A great application that will teach you about your property.

Today I’m excited to talk about a tool I love: Homebot. This is an application that gives homeowners all kinds of information about their property, and it’s free! The main thing it does is give you a value for your home based on the properties around you. Its estimates aren’t exact, so keep that in mind. However, it is more fun to use than similar features on Zillow or Realtor.com. 

Homebot is geared specifically toward you and your home. It will give you equity reports every two weeks, show you what your home would rent for, and allow you to look at multiple properties, which is great for people with homes out of state. All of this is just the beginning.
