It’s a four-bedroom, two-bath on three acres that we bought well below market value, giving him about $40,000 in instant equity. It wasn’t a cash deal, just traditional financing, and while not perfect, the home is solid with a good roof, vinyl siding, and plenty of potential to improve over time.
