Hello, my name is Mark Callender and I am a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Results. Because I have been helping families buy and sell their homes for more than 18 years, I am now helping their children to buy their first homes and their parents to downsize. No matter the direction you’re moving, my goal is to make the process as calm and enjoyable as it can be.

Real estate decisions can bring up a lot of questions, especially if you’re buying or selling for the first time. It helps to have clear, straightforward guidance from someone who understands the process. This September, I want to let you know about a few upcoming events that I’ll be hosting. Starting in September, I’ll be holding real estate seminars designed for homebuyers, sellers, and investors.

These seminars are a response to the growing number of questions I’ve received from past clients. With more inventory coming onto the market and price reductions becoming more common, many are wondering whether this might be the right time to look into investment properties, rentals, or vacation homes.

We’ll have these seminars at a few of my favorite restaurants, but I’m also open to recommendations. I know there are restaurants that will provide space at no cost as long as we’re ordering food. Everyone who attends will receive a free dinner, and you’re welcome to bring a guest. It’s always more enjoyable to attend with others. I’ve already reserved a few locations, and this is shaping up to be a fun and informative series. I’ll be sending out emails, mailing invitations, and possibly giving you a call.
